Nearly perfect. Dark Golden wheat colour with Brioche and creme brûlée along with a tart apple and citrus (lemon) flavor. Wow. Freshness at 19 with great balance and vibrant acidity. Easy 10 years still out there for this champagne. Need to find more! Excellent and highly recommended.
Remarkably clean and pure and fresh. This is all about elegance and finesse and is very long on the palate. Speaks softly, but says important things. At Jungsik in Tribeca with Lindsey, Sarah and Jonathan.
