Wednesday, February 11, 2009 - Tasted blind - medium lemon, clear throughout. Nose of oak, butter, tropical fruits and sweet ginger. Flavours of toasty oak, butter, ripe pear and apple. Medium, almost full body, medium to high acidity, medium finish. Creamy palate. Too oaky for me. Average.
