Sunday, January 11, 2015 - Lovely Champagne. The mousse lifts the wine like a cloud on your tongue. Beautiful green apples and lemons blend with slate and chalk. A hint of toast points, but way off in the background. Elegantly focused, could use more time. Sadly, no DG date noted on the bottle.
