Monday, May 14, 2018 - The perfect Mothers Day champagne. Beautifully balanced & elegant. Gold color, nose of spring flowers, cooked green apples & pears. Full bodied but creamy, nimble taste - peach, pear, a little citrus, and a hint of butter- then an amazing soar in the aftertaste a couple seconds later where the flavors pop with a great smooth finish. We had it next to the Shromsberg b2b and it was my preference.

As advertised, it goes great with raw oysters and seafood and was an amazing choice for a mothers day brunch.
