Saturday, April 17, 2021 - Second bottle of this for wife’s 40th. Still very fresh and vibrant. Only got half of champagne flute. Medium bodied, citrus and apple driven BdB. Will keep final bottle for a couple of years to see if it can build some more texture and body. Will make sure next time it’s a small group, with good glassware. It’s at least high silver medal, in time it might get to gold.

Ps- of note, this is the more squat and premium little looking bottle with the broad shoulders, white label. There seems to be different bottles used for this cuvee and may reflect some indecision as to where the cuvee sits in their hierarchy. It’s not the one in the more NV looking bottle. I’ve included an image of the bottle with its gift box.
