Friday, December 5, 2008 - Popped and poured. Pale, yellow-gold hue, fine mouse. Nose of biscuit, golden delicious apple, and just a touch of a floral note. Medium body. On the palate their is a good expression of ripe fruit while still managing to finish with little sweetness. Medium acidity. Although slightly simple this is still quite tasty and a relative QPR in the world of Champagne.
