Wednesday, May 7, 2014 - nose: honeycrisp and fuji apples, warm bread crust, asian pear, ripe white peaches.

palate: there's a lot of fruit here...oh my!. nectarines, white grapes, tropical fruits like papaya and mango, tangerines, even a hint of raspberries. finish is slightly bitter and yeasty and prickly, and fades slowly while the acidity asserts itself.
