Friday, March 14, 2014 - Light ruby with a bricking rim, funky nose with stems and lavender. Tart cherry, berry with some effervescent notes on the PnP. Lighter body and fruit with lightly tart tannins on the finish. Some barnyard and forest floor in there, mushrooms and brambles. Tart red fruits emerging with some air. Time has rewarded patience to those likening a restrained style with a dose of red hills dirt.
