Saturday, July 25, 2015 - Dinner at Acqua (Acqua Restaurant & Wine Bar, White Bear Lake, MN): Light medium gold color. Drank 2 glasses over 45 minutes. Much bigger and heavier than the Ernestine, very toasted on the nose and palate, toasty, brioche, full body, baked pear, autolytic, yeasty with some earthiness, medium length. Larger bubbles.
