Tuesday, November 8, 2011 - 14.3% alcohol. This has settled down nicely in the past couple years. Black cherry color. Pretty bouquet of black cherry, blackberry, earth, and some floral notes. In the mouth, plush and well-textured, with forward, dark Pinot fruit and good layers of earth, spice, and floral notes. The acidity and back end structure are quite well resolved, making this really a good drink now. A-
