Monday, December 18, 2017 - Much better than previous bottle. Spectacular nose. Baking spices, touch of vanillin, red cherries, hint of orange rind. Good balance. Some development, with hints of tertiaries emerging. Makes me wonder - should I cellar my remaining bottle for an extra year or two?
