Tuesday, December 26, 2017 - Opened and let slow ox for an hr. Drank over the next 90 min. Air certainly helped. Spectacular nose. Baking spices, touch of vanillin, red cherries, hint of orange rind. Good balance. Some development, with hints of tertiaries emerging. Really good now.
