Wednesday, November 13, 2013 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS #083; Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2005 vs 2007 (By AH): Beautiful bouquet with garrigue and sweet fruits. On the palate full bodied and elegant at the same time. Good and soft cherries, a lot of sweetness and also good acidity. The tannin is soft and round and has something green as well. Early maturity now.
