Wednesday, September 14, 2011 - Nice ruby Italian color. Old world nose of mint, herb, leather, dried fruit, smoky oak. Light mouth feel, good acid and fruit balance. Light finish. This is a nice mid week food wine, great w pizza i imagine, cheese, and easy on its own. Good value. Drinks fine w some time and a few years ahead no problem.
