Sunday, February 11, 2007 - Drank for my second daughter Anna's birth. Sl darker in color. Green apple and toast on the nose. Palate feel was very clean/crisp with a bit of red berry present. Different than the average champagne.....maybe due to the 100% pinot or the lack of added sugar. Very good but not quite as magnificent as Matt Kramer made it out to be.
