Sunday, December 31, 2023 - For New Years with porchetta, for which it's a fine pairing. On opening, very delicate. That disassembled old wine character. Over the next two hours it picked up weight...color...flavor and made for a very nice glass of wine. Yellow fruit and honey, but dry with a little bit of petrol. Fine acidity. Probably won't get better, but I imagine these will provide pleasure for at least another decade.
