Saturday, June 6, 2009 - Blind Riesling Tasting (My house): Tasted blind. Really nice nose. There are interesting floral elements. White pepper too? Good acidity. The crispest, most minerally Riesling yet. I really like this one. Green apple. But a little one dimensional.
