Friday, December 31, 2010 - Popped this during 2011 countdown. Nice yellow sparkle. Red apples, pear, light touch of brioche with a little secondary development. The little sweetness amongst the fruits was a slight distraction but makes this a nice drink on its own. Expected a little more from a PR vintage champagne but was slightly disappointed.
