Saturday, August 22, 2020 - Light yellow colour with a still youthful and fresh nose showing citrus flowers, coffee, gunpowder and some fresh lavender in a very nice and pleasant way. Creamy palate combining yellow apples and some tarragon with a nice finish showing some lime zest bitterness on the lengthy finish.
