Sunday, November 15, 2015 - Day 1: Thin/short. Red fruit, iron, on the flat side. Decent acidity, a bit leaden. Worked with food but uninteresting and inelegant otherwise. Day 2: Really quite nice for a villages -- red fruit has filled in, finish smooth, light but a bit more body than previously, quite pretty, silky texture. Day 1 was an 86 but day 2 an 89 -- so the lesson is, (exceptionally for a burgundy) decant or wait a few more years.
