Thursday, November 24, 2022 - Wife picked this up at target for $67. Not a terrible price comparing to other so easily available sources so that was amusing.

Served cold. It’s outstanding. Super color and bubbles. I reall prefer it over most pink champagne Even the stuff that is much more expensive. Christine (wife, the “champagne whisperer”) agrees. She likes it better than pink dom or pink cristal we’ve had in past and I agree. She drank most of this one as I moved on to the red.

Fresh, red berry fruity, some nicely balanced minerality. Great flavor. Crisp and lovely with or without food. Not incredibly complex, just tasty!

93 is about as high as I go with NV champagne.
