Sunday, May 12, 2019 - 12.5% - Clear, med salmon, generous bubbles / clean, med to low intensity - citrus, red berry fruit, gooseberry / dry, med acidity, med to light body, med intensity, med length. Good pairing with a salmon tartar, but this is so forgettable... So many other bubbly offer much more for a fraction of the price.
