Thursday, July 3, 2014 - First time trying a Carlisle Syrah and was extremely impressed. Very typical Syrah characteristics of pepper and spice. Black fruit with an amazing mouthfeel and a very long finish. Would stand up to the classic Rhone Rangers of the Central Coast easily.
