8/4/2015 3:31:00 PM - After the controversy over the secondary fermentation in some lots of this wine my supplier agreed with the domaine to swap my case of 2007 for a case of 2010.
8/4/2015 9:41:00 PM - Thanks for the comment. Since almost all my wine is old world, I rarely return bottles unless they were bought locally and were corked, so I frankly didn't think of that. I've only got one bottle left out of 6, and despite the great relationship I have with my local retailer, I'll probably just cook with it.
