Wednesday, June 21, 2017 - hmm. Ever so slight effervescence showing. Gone after 10 minutes but I would not keep for too much longer. Lovely otherwise.
6/22/2017 6:45:00 AM - Actually, this was quite bad several years ago - based on your note, it sounds like the CO2 from (presumably) refermentation is actually dissipating! I still have some bottles, purchased before it refermented, and am planning on giving them another five years in the hope that they calm down.
