Monday, June 15, 2020 - In the bouquet ripe and mature cherries and some signs of sweet soy sauce. Same on the palate. Some medicine and iodine. Chocolate. A lot of sweetness and also good acidity and spiciness. Powerful wine, but I am not sure if it will improve.
