Monday, January 20, 2014 - Fine, persistent mousse. Clear, bright, medium lemon. Despite being disgorged in 09, I only get just a hint of yeast. Lemon, Asian pear, caramel notes dominant. On the palate, vinous, showing the ripe vintage. Medium (plus) finish with some nutty notes. Medium body. Medium plus acidity. Well-balanced if not particularly complex.
