On the palate huge fruit, key lime, melon, lemon, apple, salt, and big time minerality. Tremendous acidic finish with a little bit of heat which brings the score down a little for me. Absolutely different from anything I ever tried. I think that this will be better with age. It seems like it would be better after it integrates. Outstanding with a little bit of upside. Drink of hold. Value....are you kidding?? At $20 this is amazing.
