Sunday, February 22, 2009 - Whoa, this is totally shut down and not showing much right now. The color is pale straw yellow. There's a bit of medium-ripe flavors of pear, green apple and white peach. Good acidity. I don't get the same mineral flavors as in the 2004s, but still, good freshness in this. Becoming more restrained with air. Way too young to drink now. Have left half of the bottle for tomorrow.
