  Wine Education Service - Fine White Burgundy (Imperial College): Light greenish gold.
  Lovely nose, buttery lemon, quite aromatic.
  Juicy, sweet, ripe fruity attack, dry, fresh, balanced, a serious wine but it's very approachable, a hint of oak.

  WES - Fine White Burgundy (Imperial College London): Clear and bright. Deep yellow. Developed nose. Umami with some peachy notes and honeysuckle nose. Dry smooth, clean, soft. Sweet ripe fruit - peaches. Slight vanilla undertone.

  Creamy, slightly honeyed, citrus fruit, backed with nicely balanced mineral tones. Finished with a tingle of acidity, very good for a village wine.

  Whoa, this is totally shut down and not showing much right now. The color is pale straw yellow. There's a bit of medium-ripe flavors of pear, green apple and white peach. Good acidity. I don't get the same mineral flavors as in the 2004s, but still, good freshness in this. Becoming more restrained with air. Way too young to drink now. Have left half of the bottle for tomorrow.
