Sunday, May 19, 2019 - A: Medium to Deep gold
N: pear compote, marzipan, dried fig, dried dates, prune, dried orange peel, lemon preserve. Fine Bubbles.
C: Dry, medium acid, medium alcohol, pronounced intensity, medium body and long finish
BLIC? Outstanding quality. Fully developed. These are the magnum notes. The standard bottle was rather dull and boring. This is really at its most stunning peak. Get some more blanc de blanc in magnum and age it.
