Monday, October 24, 2016 - Domaine Perrot-Minot Tasting/Dinner with Some Other Great Burgundy from DNS (The Bristol - Chicago IL): Open 3 hours before serving. In 03/06/07 flight. Nicely spiced start with both black and red cherry start-to-finish. Very good length, very good balance. Seemingly just entering its peak drinking window.
