Friday, July 30, 2021 - PnP. Similar to previous note, very NSG on nose and palate with mouth-watering acidity, almost excessive. Would need a fatty dish to go along with this, a food wine. With aeration, this improved a little bit 2 hours later, softer tannins and not as sharp acidity, deserved a slight upgrade in score.
