Thursday, February 2, 2023 - Coravin fun - Corton (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Bonfire, Autumn leaves, mushrooms, berries, almost a little coffee note, touch of ashiness, a touch of umami, fresh earth, biscuit, lovely nose. Juicy, savoury, fleshy, tangy, tannins are drying though talc textured, flavours of mushrooms, berries, biscuit, beautifully balanced. Long. Yum.
