Thursday, October 7, 2021 - Mixed WTDS: AKA "Bring a Nice Bottle" (St. Genevieve, Mpls, MN): Medium red color. PNP, drank a glass over 2 hours plus. This was a rocking bottle tonight, JFG. The nose is so expressive and perfumed with florals, cherry, iron, anise, sauvage, game and gorgeous NSG spices. The palate has that ethereal featherweight character with lift and energy, medium bodied, cherries, dried spices, charcoal, sauvage, iron and fresh leather on a nice long finish. Love the parallels of '07 in Oregon and Burgundy. Fantastic now, no rush. My and group #2 WOTN.
