This bottle I drank over 6 weeks, and the showings were consistent over the time - so no question Coravin is a great system.

This maturing Pinot has vivid red berries notes on the nose. True that there's not much complexity to it, but the structure is great (soft tannins, integrated alcohol, great acidity), the fruit is very pure (very little trace wood), and there’s great balance. Nice, pleasant medium finish. Great call for a weekday dinner pour.
