Monday, January 18, 2010 - Hard edged with high toned cherry and cranberry, teeth coating tannins, and high acidic tang. Not as easy to drink as the Gevrey Chabertin and will take much longer time in the cellar to be ready. A bit chalky and thin. Long blossoming finish.
