Monday, August 17, 2009 - Light-medium gold colour with green flecks. Big, rich nose of vanilla, white flowers, pear nectar, alcohol. Full-bodied, unctuous, with vanilla, pear, alcohol, spice, and hazelnut butter. Decent acidity. Moderate-length finish with more hazelnut butter, spice, and pear notes. Heat comes through on the back end. Big and buttery.
