Wednesday, January 20, 2010 - Nine years old and going strong. I brought this bottle for wackage just to see if I should dump or keep my four other bottles. Really didn't expect it to be such a wonderful bottle. A beautiful clear semi-dark straw. A minuscule bit of funk on the nose but not noticable at all in the mouth. Huge in the mouth with caramel, orange peel and dark spices. I couldn't detect any oak at all. Everyone loved it.
A perfect pairing for roasted brussel sprouts, octopus and those wonderful potatos that they have at Evvia.
