Thursday, May 15, 2014 - Clear, dark purple, pink rim, very wide dispersed slow tears
Clean, med+ intensity, aromas of cassis, hawthorn, blueberries, tobacco leaf, rust and soft perfume throughout.
Dry, med body, tastes of cooked raspberries and plums, slight nutmeg, red meat, with a lovely finish. Med alcohol, med tannins, tiny acidity, with nice complexity.
