Saturday, February 6, 2016 - Light brick with orange edges. Soft nose of shoe leather and wet dirt. Some sweet red cherry remaining. Nose reads somewhat madarized but palate is in tact. Tertiary, wet fall leaves but with some leathery cherry fruit. Metallic on the finish. Cinnamon. Major funk / farm. A little decrepit but clinging to life. Not for the faint of heart: completely enjoyable but this bottle was in the final phases.
