Wednesday, January 5, 2022 - PnP and drunk with pork roast leftovers. Could not ask for more in an aged Syrah. Drinking at peak. Concentrated dark fruits and licorice along with secondary flavors. Tannin completely integrated. Pure delight. Under screwcap. Drink or hold.
