Saturday, January 15, 2011 - Dinner with Jane and Mitch. Took it up a notch to expose Miych to this, rather than the Sojourn Pinot we drank last time. You should have seen his face! Fruit forward, with cherries and cranberries present. The restaurant was dark, so it was hard to see the color of the wine. Very sweet on pop and pour. A little hot going down. There was a hint of mineral taste. The nose was fragrant. Some herbal notes at 60 minutes. I'll let my other bottle rest. This was purchased at regular price. My JJ Buckley is resting.
