Tuesday, January 17, 2012 - Dark ruby red. Followed over two nights. The first showed smoky notes all over the nose and palate. Big red fruit with some alcohol showing on the back end. Sealed and will retaste the next day. Day 2 shows powerful cloves and red fruit on the nose. Sweetish red fruit on entry, but a bit of an angular mouthfeel. Still showing heat on the finish. Not in balance right now.
