Wednesday, August 29, 2012 - The lightest Sojourn pinot yet. A very clear red. Opened at 5. First taste at 7. Cherries + some bitterness that wore off. At 8:00 there was some smokiness as this wine really smoothed out. It was the WOTN (wine of the night).
