Friday, November 22, 2019 - shared with pat at selkirk manor to celebrate the end of the work week. i continue to prune the cellar of bottles with past due drink by dates. hard to believe that six years have gone by since purchase and previous taste. such a vivid memory of that day. the wine continues to show well although the color is somewhat golden and the fruit is receding somewhat. will attend to the last bottle shortly.
