Saturday, May 1, 2010 - Oh BOY! Big Dark Color. Opaque. Thick nose of Big Briar Black Berry fruit. Hot on the Palate, but this does disapate. Its more of a desert in a bottle, than food friendly, but it has it's place in the collection. It can add alot to a mixed pairing, and can give those new to Shiraz a WOW factor.
