Friday, May 14, 2010 - Beautiful light straw/golden color. Big nose of peach pit and honeysuckle. Palate shows lively acidity, notes of lemons and limes, and a hint of white peach. The finish reveals some nice mineral elements and more of that zingy acidity.
Was a good companion to fresh tuna steaks with lime-ginger sauce. Mmmm...
