Thursday, December 21, 2017 - Small Chambertin-Clos de Bèze Dinner (S.K.Y. Restaurant - Chicago IL): Popped-and-poured. Very ripe and lush, this comes across as very "1997" in that regard, but slightly older than I might have thought/ hoped. Sweet spice, braised meat notes, good+ fruit still hanging in there nicely. Best when first poured. Definitely time to drink up.
