Wednesday, May 16, 2012 - A lovely wine, the 2007 Le Cupole is a superbly balanced wine. Acidity, fruit, tannins and oak are all perfectly integrated. The palate is medium- to full-bodied and opens up after a couple of hours of air. Overall impression is very positive.
